Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking clients using our technology products.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Educate customers on using our products efficiently to enhance their overall experience.
Document all support interactions and solutions for continuous improvement and learning.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer queries.
Engage in ongoing training to develop your technical skills and product knowledge.

Fluent in Dutch (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in technical support or related fields is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
A proactive and positive approach with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Willingness to relocate to Greece with all relocation expenses fully covered.
