Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers from a remote setting.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Provide clear and concise solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to assist clients effectively.
Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous service improvement.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
A positive attitude and a commitment to helping customers with their technical needs.
