Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries related to our products and services.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate and effective assistance.
• Document customer interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to create a seamless customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge.

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• A friendly and professional demeanor that fosters strong client relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with a fully paid relocation package.
