Responsibilities

Provide exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Handle customer inquiries and deliver effective solutions in a timely manner.
Guide customers through our products and services, ensuring a seamless experience.
Document customer interactions and feedback for quality improvement.
Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.

Fluent in Polish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English (spoken and written) for effective internal communication.
Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Able to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
A genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and improving their experiences.
