Italian Speaking iGaming Advisor - Athens (Remote in Greece)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist users with game-related questions, account issues, and navigation through our platforms.
- Promote responsible gaming practices and inform customers about current promotions and game updates.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance.
- Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in the iGaming industry and product offerings.
- Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the iGaming or online gaming fields.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer experience.
- Understanding of iGaming regulations and commitment to responsible gaming principles.
- Proficient in CRM software and other technical support tools.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
