In this role, you will provide essential technical assistance to our Spanish-speaking clients, helping them resolve issues and enhance their experience with our products. Responsibilities

• Deliver stellar technical support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues with efficiency and professionalism.
• Document all customer interactions and troubleshooting efforts in the CRM system.
• Provide guidance on product features and encourage best practices for usage.
• Assist in escalating complex issues to relevant internal teams for resolution.
• Stay current with product knowledge and industry developments to enhance the support experience.

• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a bonus.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts.
• Experience with CRM systems and technical support tools.
• Ability to manage time effectively and thrive in a remote work setting.
