Pavago is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Associate with 2-3 years of experience in the real estate investment sector for a boutique investment banking firm. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to project management, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This role requires proficiency in Excel financial modelling, presentation development, and supporting end-to-end deal execution, with an emphasis on accuracy and clear client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Modeling: Develop, manage, and refine complex financial models in Excel, focusing on real estate investment fund performance, valuations, and forecasted returns.
- Presentation Development: Create polished, data-driven presentations for client meetings, investor pitches, and internal decision-making.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, property valuations, and other data relevant to the real estate investment space.
- Transaction Analysis & Valuation: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation for potential transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises.
- Deal Execution Support: Assist senior team members in the transaction process, including due diligence, financial analysis, and the preparation of key documents.
- Data Management: Track and organize relevant data for deals, including maintaining detailed records of financial analyses, investment reports, and transaction documents.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts, associates, and partners to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client goals.
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience: Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in investment banking
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data, with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for effective financial modelling.
