A client is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to collaborate with their team in developing innovative solutions on Salesforce for dynamic business challenges. You will play a critical role in optimizing Salesforce capabilities and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Manager: Identify and develop solutions on Salesforce.
  • Assist in Transitioning Tasks: Move tasks from third-party vendors to internal development.
  • Address Back-End Development Needs: Support live environment updates.
  • Participate in Project Management Activities: Use tools such as Asana and Monday.com.
  • Utilize SOQL for Database Interactions: Handle reporting and database management.
  • Develop and Customize Salesforce Applications: Design and implement custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to address specific business requirements and enhance platform functionality.
  • Integrate Systems and Optimize Processes: Utilize APIs and middleware to connect Salesforce with other systems, while continuously optimizing existing applications and workflows for improved efficiency and user experience.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance and Documentation: Perform code reviews and maintain high standards through testing and quality assurance processes, alongside creating comprehensive technical documentation and user training materials.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers and business analysts to gather requirements and develop solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing ongoing support to end-users.

  • Project Management Experience: Familiarity with tools like Asana and Monday.com.
  • Fluency in English: Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experience in Basic Development Tasks: Ability to work with APIs and general development knowledge.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
A typical day will involve collaborating with the Continuous Improvement Manager on Salesforce solutions, addressing development needs, managing project tasks, and utilizing SOQL for reporting. You’ll also spend time providing on-call support, participating in project management, and contributing to the overall enhancement of Salesforce capabilities.
