OverviewIndividual will be responsible for establishing formal partnerships with industry professionals and organizations (Staffing Industry) with the goal of driving incremental revenue and units through referral agreements and revenue sharing opportunities.Responsibilities Advance Partners is an entrepreneurial and rapidly growing specialty finance and business services company.Advance provides payroll funding, working capital, back office support and a variety of strategic services to independent staffing firms.Founded in 1998, and based in Cleveland, Ohio, we provide over $5 billion in annual financing to over 350 entrepreneurial staffing firms of all sizes.Our mission is to help staffing firms grow. For more information about Advance Partners visit Establish new partnerships via proactive marketing efforts including email, phone and social media.Reviewing previous and existing partnerships to reignite business development efforts Collaborates with our Underwriting, Risk Management, Pricing Desk, and Finance leadership to evaluate potential partnership targets to pursue.This includes, but is not limited to, third party applications that could provide additional service(s) to existing and potential clients, financing channel partnerships (Banks and other Lenders), and ATS / Recruiting Services.Formalize partnerships via a Partnership Agreement formal document provided / review by Advance Legal. Attends industry trade events to establish new partnerships as well as provide support to existing partners.Partners with Sales Team, including Sales Leader, to identify targets in sales territories to coordinate marketing efforts with the goal of securing a formal partnership.Travel to trade shows, conferences and prospects / partners 30 - 40% of the time Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance / Account or - Preferred 5 years of experience in Business Development and / or Enterprise Account Management.5 years of experience in Staffing and / or Recruiting Industry. 5 years of experience in Financial Services. Strong verbal communication and listening skills.Demonstrates written communication skills. Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $74,970 - $139,230 annually.Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.Last updated : 2024-07-27
