We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist Spain to join our Marketing team at PayFit Spain!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the development and successful execution of the marketing programs at PayFit Spain. You will have a 360 role with a strong impact on all marketing operations.
The Marketing Specialist will partner with the Head of Marketing Spain, marketing teams (local, growth, PMM) and Sales team to support revenue, create pipeline and generate brand awareness by setting and executing a successful content editorial strategy, partnerships, campaigns and product launches.
Additionally in this role you will have a strong corporations with the Events Specialist Spain to support wide range of events activations (trade shows, webinars, in-house events)
What You’ll be doing
- Participate in the elaboration of the strategy and the execution of the marketing plan that supports Spain strategy and business objectives.
- Partner with the marketing team to create and execute integrated programs and campaigns and coordinate with the Spanish sales teams to build repeatable pipeline/GPMRR and support revenue.
- Build, localize, execute and report on a successful content editorial strategy while managing the content across the different business channels (website, LPs, campaigns…)
- Own and execute communications for PayFit Spain customers, including the monthly newsletter, upselling campaigns and go-to-markets.
- Support and develop activities with key PayFit partners by defining co- marketing activities and opportunities as required within the marketing plan.
- With the Head of Marketing Spain, you will participate in the definition and execution of complex programs such as influence strategy, referral program, reviews, integrated campaigns, new product releases and go-to-markets…
- Analyze results, metrics and report to the Head of Marketing Spain the effectiveness and performance of activities run.
- Oversee market opportunities by competitor and industry benchmarking and new marketing levers. You will be the right hand of the Head of Marketing, to implement the best marketing strategy for PayFit in the Spanish market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for top-quality B2B marketing and a data-driven mindset to help connect marketing programs and content strategy to business results and revenue. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership in elevating our marketing operations, communication strategy and drive strong organic growth in an exciting scale-up environment.
We’d love to meet you with
- 4-5 years of experiences in B2B marketing in high technology company software or Saas - preference for HR/Payroll
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (you will work closely with our Marketing colleagues based in France and UK)
- Be an expert in the Spanish market where you will be leveraging marketing initiatives
- Confirmed experience in developing fully integrated marketing plans and programs according to the market objectives.
- Demonstrated success with accelerating growth and driving revenue through marketing activations.
- Proven successful experience in Inbound Marketing and demand generation.
- Confirmed experience in working closely with sales teams and other marketing functions (growth, pmm, events) to ensure alignment and consistency within all marketing activities run
- Confirmed experience in building, executing, and monitoring successful content editorial strategy to capture demand and generate revenue.
- HubSpot and Salesforce knowledge (our tech stack - or other similar tools!)
- Ability to analyze and interpret the performance of all activities run with concrete next steps
- Ability to manage multiple competing projects and prioritize tasks based on business need and urgency
Hiring process
1. First you will meet a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a discovery call (45 min)
2. You will then meet team players (Mireia & Kimberlin) for the Spain Marketing Team (60 min)
3. Next and last step will be meeting with Gloria, Head of Marketing Spain to share a business case study and answer some questions (60/90 min).
