For you to be successful as a Payment Investigator, you need a couple of hard skills. Prove to us that you’ve got what it takes is by testing your skills. It takes roughly 45 minutes and focuses on 3 areas:

Skills we’re looking for:

• You’re able to think in solutions, not problems and can call yourself the sherlock holmes of payments investigation
• Taking full ownership over PayOps dispute cases and investigations
• Analyzing and optimizing PayOps processes
• Creating unique dispute recovery solutions
• Protecting both bunq and our users against chargeback liabilities
