Senior Manager, Talent and Succession

Come be a part of our talented team and make a significant impact on the future success of PayPal.Develop and drive the talent strategy and succession planning initiatives for the global organization.Analyze and identify talent needs and gaps within the organization and develop plans to address them.Lead and mentor a team of talent management professionals to ensure the successful execution of talent programs.Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and align talent strategies accordingly.Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition, development, and retention programs.Create and maintain a robust succession planning process to identify and develop future leaders.Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness and impact of talent programs.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management and succession planning.Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent and succession related matters.Build relationships with external partners and participate in industry events to enhance the organization's talent brand.Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to talent management and succession planning.Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to support the growth and development of all employees.Collaborate with HR partners to ensure seamless integration of talent programs with other HR initiatives.Effectively communicate talent strategies and programs to all levels of the organization.Uphold and promote the organization's values and culture through all talent initiatives.PayPal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
