Engineering Manager

PayPay is a rapidly growing FinTech company seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their Merchant Services team, focused on high-quality product delivery and team development.

Skills

Experience in technical management
Knowledge of large-scale systems
Familiarity with Java, Kotlin, Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript, VueJS, AWS
Understanding of Agile methodologies
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage a team of engineers for timely product delivery
Oversee project timelines and team tasks
Facilitate team workflow and development processes
Coordinate technical requirements with stakeholders
Conduct performance evaluations and support team growth
Participate in 24/7 on-call support

Education

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering/Math
