Payroll Coordinator

Position Overview for the Payroll Coordinator:

• Provide excellent customer service to all of our Team Members and business partners and stakeholders
• Perform historical edits and transfers to Kronos timecards
• Process payroll for over 50,000 employees
• Additional ad-hoc projects as assigned

Required Skills for the Payroll Coordinator:

• 1+ year of payroll experience
• 1+ year of experience with Kronos and ADP
• Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Prior experience working remotely

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
