The Role:

We are looking for a mid-level Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This position requires diligence, organization, critical thinking, strong attention to detail, and interest in meeting varying demands of our diverse work environment. Opportunity to partner with the various functional areas within Human Resources, Accounting, and Restaurant Management, and provide practical solutions to common payroll and restaurant administrative needs.

Responsibilities:

Perform all duties necessary to process payroll within the HRIS (UKG), in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
Serve as a resource to receive, investigate, and resolve employee payroll issues
Partner with restaurant management teams to verify accuracy of timekeeping records and promptly resolve any discrepancies
Responsible for timely upkeep of payroll deductions, garnishments, and other transactions

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of similar experience
Proficient Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task and shift focus as needed
Ability to work against tight deadlines
Highly organized and disciplined, with excellent attention to detail and ability to see tasks to completion
