Payroll Representative

We are seeking payroll representative to join our payroll team.

Duties for Payroll representative include:

• Setup and process payrolls.
• Audit data entry.
• Update employee information in the system as it changes and ensuring it agrees to information in HR files.
• Works in conjunction with the Human Resource department on payroll/HR related issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements for payroll coordinator include:

• Computer literate
• Some payroll / financing experience helpful
• HHA Exchange experience a plus
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred
