About this role:

As a member of the Finance team the Payroll Specialist ensures that CyberArk’s bi-weekly & semi-monthly payrolls are successfully processed. A successfully processed payroll includes paying employees, completing all reporting, and performing all accounting related tasks in a timely and accurate manner.


What you will do:

  • Manage your workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely for multi-state entities
  • Review SuccessFactors notices and make changes required in ADP (cost center, base salary, etc.)
  • Coordinate the supervisor approvals of hourly employees’ time
  • Provide preview reports for final review
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information
  • Maintain payroll and tax reports for completed pay dates
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and other CyberArk departments
  • Assist the Payroll Department on special projects, audit request and report requests for quarterly/annual reporting

What you need to succeed:

  • 3 years of payroll processing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel pivot tables & vlookups
  • Prior experience with ADP
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations and laws
  • Trustworthiness with confidential data
  • Customer service satisfaction
  • Superior data entry skills
  • Time management skills with ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Organized, logical and methodical approach
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Works well in a collaborative team environment
  • Knowledge of Canada payroll is a plus
