Senior Implementation Manager

The Senior Implementation Manager oversees the compensation technology process for enterprise clients. You will work with the onboarding manager/project manager from the initial goals and needs assessment all the way through configuration, testing, and transfer to support. This is a senior-level position, and the ideal applicant has considerable professional experience in SaaS implementation, and/or technical lead roles. Reports to Manager, Implementation. 
  
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate with the onboarding manager/project manager on all aspects of the implementation planning, milestones and timelines to ensure a successful go-live. 
  • Implement complex compensation systems and solutions in support of client objectives. 
  • Gather customer requirements and advise on system best practice solutions. 
  • Partner with and assist clients in data configuration and product user interface setup within the Payscale application. 
  • Serve as the technical lead to ensure alignment of all systems requirements and options. 
  • Go to subject matter expert both on their immediate team and the broader organization. 
  • Demonstrate system functionality throughout the course of the implementation process. 
  • Establish client satisfaction and product/service adoption. 
  • Educate, develop, and mentor newer Implementation Managers. 
  • Team role model. 
  • Uphold the highest standards of data security  
  • Liaise with management and others as necessary. 
  • Contributes to decisions and process improvements that impact the team. 
Experience: 
  • At least five years in a fast-past Implementation Manager/Consultant role, preferably in SaaS implementation, compensation management, HRIS systems, or any combination thereof. 
  • Extensive experience in consultative systems requirements gathering. 
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM 
  • Experience working with large data sets and Microsoft Excel 
  • Experience with a compensation technology tool as an end user, or any role that requires technical knowledge of such systems, highly desirable. 
  • Comfortable working in an ever-evolving environment that works towards continuous improvement. 
  • An understanding of compensation practices, strategies, and philosophies is an asset. 
Requirements and Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required or relevant experience. 
  • Strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of timelines. 
  • The highest ethical standards are required to protect the confidentiality of client data. 
  • Strong leadership qualities and team mindset. 
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. 
  • Expert Excel skills. 
  • Proven self-starter and problem solver. 
  • Strong understanding of how relational databases work. 
  • Ability and desire to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment. 
  • Awareness and pride in 100% client satisfaction.

Compensation 

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $51,275 - $77,000 GBP, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 10%. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
