Job Description: We are seeking a talented Motion and Graphic Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing recent motion and graphic design work and a keen interest in financial markets. As a Motion and Graphic Designer at Paytm Money, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling graphics that enhance our user experience and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Create Visual Designs: Conceptualise and produce visually stunning and high-quality graphic designs, including illustrations and icons, for various product offerings and marketing materials such as banners, infographics, email campaigns, and presentations.

Develop Animations and Videos: Create engaging animations and videos for our app, ensuring they are captivating and align with our brand.

Stay Current with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our content remains innovative and fresh.

Contribute to Creative Strategy: Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative input to enhance our overall design strategy.

Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to Paytm Moneys visual identity and brand standards.

Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other graphic designers, product designers, product managers, and growth managers to achieve cohesive design outcomes.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of professional experience in motion and graphic design.

A solid portfolio of recent motion and graphic design work demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)

Strong understanding of visual composition, color theory, and typography.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
