PC Support/ Tech Bar At Client Site in Atlanta, GA

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Our Tech Bar Support Tech provides on-site PC support to account customers. Performs complex software installations, PC reimages, PC setups, PC software and hardware troubleshooting, software upgrades, maintenance on hardware/software and equipment. Extensive knowledge supporting Windows 10 / 11 in a corporate environment. MAC experience a plus. Education: College or equivalent

WHAT YOU’ WILL DO:

  • Problem-solve and Troubleshoot PC Software and Hardware related issues.
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure in ticketing system.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Communicate effectively with a positive and confident attitude
  • Show empathy towards the customer.
  • Maintaining strong customer relations

WHO YOU ARE

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Installing and configuring Windows and MAC Workstations
  • Hardware and software support for PC Hardware (Docking Stations, Monitors and Keyboards, etc.)
  • Windows, MS Teams, MAC, MS Office, VOIP, IP, VPN

In addition to above requirements, our ideal candidate will also:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent client relationship
  • Work independently

Work Environment

  • Work at client site in Atlanta, GA

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $51,600.00 - $77,400.00 per year
