PC Technician

Job Title: Repair and Imaging Tech

ITSM Tool – Knowledge on ServiceNow ITSM tool

Job Description:

• Should have hands on Experience on Repairing and Replacing components in PC.
• Good understanding of short and long Diagnostics test
• BIOS configuration and settings
• Understating of PXE boot to start image.
• Make sure used machines are cleaned and in like new condition after repair.
• Technically inclined and ability to troubleshoot issues

Time management – Tech needs excellent time management skills and should be able to set priorities when handling multiple cases

Team collaboration – Should have collaborating skills, should be good team members help self-team and other team members when need arise.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $14.08 - $20.00 per hour
