Vice President - Business Valuation

PCE Management is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Business Valuations to lead our expert team in delivering comprehensive valuation services to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the business valuations team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business valuations practice.
  • Review and approve valuation reports and ensure they meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their valuation needs and objectives.
  • Conduct complex valuations for a variety of assets, including businesses, intellectual property, and financial instruments.
  • Mentor and train junior staff in valuation methodologies and best practices.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and market conditions affecting valuation practices.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business valuations.
  • Professional designations such as ASA, CFA, or CPA are strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of valuation principles, methodologies, and industry practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to manage and motivate a team.
