PC/IMAC Technician

***100% Onsite in midtown NYC***

Description:

Our financial client, is looking for a PC/IMAC Technician that has 3 plus years of experience performing Moves, Adds, Changes, Installs, Builds, and imaging in preferably a large enterprise environment. Candidates will be working on moves/MAC duties, differentiated deployments, moves, adds and changes, site surveys, Hardware based work, this is not desktop or user support but they may perform Windows 10 troubleshooting as it relates to re-imaging, blue screen, HW and SW issues.

Candidate need to have a flexible schedule and open to overtime as they will be working evening and weekends in addition to their 40 hours a week as needed.

There is also some administrative functions to this job as they have to document their work and follow up with emails to users regarding updates to projects. Candidates must have good customer service and written and verbal communication skills. Must be team player!
