Role Overview:

The Program Operations Manager serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful delivery of programs while maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves overseeing the onboarding, planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects within a program to ensure alignment with client expectations and organizational goals. The manager is responsible for managing timelines, budgets, resources, and client communications, focusing on long-term account success and client satisfaction. A blend of strategic planning, operational oversight, data analysis, and interpersonal skills are essential for driving project success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex existing customer accounts. Build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Manage top-of-funnel campaigns, including concept creation, audience targeting, value proposition setting, and channel integration.
  • Contribute to data and analytics reports, ensuring that clients receive valuable insights into the overall program.
  • Define and oversee customer onboarding processes to maximize product/service value realization.
  • Assist in stakeholder engagement through meetings, events, and supporting materials to promote understanding and commitment.
  • Plan and deliver small projects or workstreams using appropriate project management methodologies.
  • Support the delivery of within-project and independent assurance reviews to ensure adherence to time, budget, and quality standards.
  • Identify solutions to business problems based on well-understood client needs.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 to 5 years of program management or related experience.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis, project management methodologies, and customer service delivery.
