Role Overview
In this position, you will be a key member iterating on existing sales channels and building new GTM playbooks. You will also lead the sales cycle, develop targeted GTM strategies, work on implementation with customers, and provide actionable insights to guide our product roadmap. We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial professional with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality and a passion for transforming the way work is done.
What you'll do
Sales Growth:
Manage the Sales Cycle: Oversee lead sourcing, engagement, and closing.
Demonstrate Value: Clearly communicate how VecFlow’s AI tools transform legal workflows to potential and existing clients.
Build Relationships: Develop strong, long-term customer connections to drive growth.
Experiment with GTM Channels: Test new outreach methods, set KPIs, and optimize performance.
Product Strategy:
Define Product Vision: Work with the founders to build agentic LLM workflows that mimic legal reasoning.
Gather Insights: Collect customer feedback to refine and iterate on product features.
Validate Product Iterations: Test new features and integrate data-driven improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Engage with Customers: Talk directly with legal professionals to understand their workflows.
Collaborate Internally: Work closely with product, engineering, and legal teams to troubleshoot issues.
About You
Incredible Executor: You excel at turning ideas into action and scaling GTM channels—playing a defining role in shaping sales and marketing at a fast-growing AI startup.
Grit & Synthesis: You bring resilience and the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable strategies.
Relevant Experience: Experience in sales, growth, marketing, or background in strategy consulting/banking or other high-impact fields is a plus. A Juris Doctor degree and/or law firm experience are a plus.
Data-Driven: You are highly numerate and comfortable working in a data-driven environment.
