Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth initiatives. This role involves a combination of marketing, sales, and executive support tasks. You will be responsible for content management, CRM support, lead generation, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team. The ideal candidate will have experience with tools like Squarespace, HubSpot, and ClickUp, as well as strong copywriting and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:

  • Help the Bookings Manager upload products to the booking system.
  • Research flights for future products.
  • Perform various administrative tasks.

Inbox Management:

  • Manage the customer support inbox with timely responses.
  • Prioritize and escalate complex inquiries.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions.

Marketing and Copywriting:

  • Create engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Develop follow-up email campaigns for expired bookings.
  • Write product descriptions and promotional materials.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Assist in marketing strategies, content management, and CRM support.

Sales and Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and communicate their key benefits.
  • Assist guests with researching flight times aligned with transfer schedules.
  • Answer questions about hotel amenities and general inquiries.
  • Write and update FAQs for the website.

Product Knowledge:

  • Quickly learn products and understand how to sell them.
  • Communicate effectively with customers.

Must-Have:

    1. Proficiency in email and calendar management tools.
    2. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot for data management.
    3. Strong task and project management skills, including experience with tools like Linear.
    4. Experience with Canva for design and Shopify for e-commerce management.
    5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice to Have:

    1. Previous experience managing financial or insurance work.
    2. Knowledge of video editing tools or coordination with video teams.
    3. Familiarity with Google Docs and Google Sheets for project tracking and reporting.
    4. Experience in customer service or client management, with a solution-oriented mindset.
    5. Can serve multiple executives.
