Podcast Coordinator (US Investing Podcast)

Work Arrangement: Fully remote—work from anywhere

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Up to $1,700 per month, based on experience

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time

Locations: Remote

Role Overview:

The Podcast Coordinator will report to the CEO. They will help in supporting various operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of tasks, and enhancing overall efficiency. You will need to be a detail-oriented individual with excellent English writing skills, who can follow instructions closely, manage multiple priorities effectively, and execute tasks with precision.

Your Impact:

Your contributions will directly enhance the efficiency of our operations, support the successful execution of events and webinars, and ensure smooth sales and CRM processes. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of organization and communication across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. General Administrative Support

  • Organize and manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure timely communication across the team and with external stakeholders, especially podcast guests.

2. Operational / Project Management Support

  • Maintain and manage data, processes, and systems efficiently. Offer cross-functional support for various operational tasks.
  • Webinar Series & Online Conference Programming:
    • Conduct research for programming and content.
    • Add personalized touches and attention to detail in all preparations.
    • Confirm participant bios and pictures.
    • Conduct and Complete Pre-programming task planning.
    • Manage RSVP invitations and confirmations.
      • Focus on achieving commitments from guests and creating contingency plans.
    • Tailor communications and materials as needed.
  • Podcast background research and putting together researched material

3. Sales and CRM Support

  • Provide backend support for sales operations, including CRM management and updates.
  • Deliver polite and effective communication with leads and connections to foster positive engagement and potential business opportunities.

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience providing support in the production of podcasts, webinars, virtual courses and other similar formats.
  • Experience in providing executive support to US startup founders/executives.
  • Strong written & spoken English communication skills, with excellent grammar.
  • Proficient in Slack, email tools, and CRM tools (Zoho).
  • Proficient with website & content management tools (Google Forms, WordPress, Squarespace, Zapier).
  • Proficiency in streaming and podcasting platforms & tools (OpusClip, Streamyard, Zoom, Youtube, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Agile, adaptable, and tech-savvy, with strong problem-solving skills across departments.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude.

Compensation Package:

Competitive Salary: Up to $1,700 per month, based on experience and skills
