Recruitment Specialist (US Home Care Services)

Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping CST working hours

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Up to $1,500 per month

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9AM – 6PM CST

Locations: Remote, open to candidates based in the Philippines

Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for applicant screening and pre-qualification, coordinating interviews, managing candidate documents, and maintaining communication with candidates. You will also handle updating records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM, assist with onboarding, and implement process improvements where needed, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Candidate Management:
    • Serve as the primary screening gatekeeper for 3,000 to 5,000 applicants monthly. Review and assess applicant profiles, identifying top candidates, and forwarding only the highest-rated prospects to the in-office recruitment team for further evaluation.
    • Conduct initial screening of job applicants to assess their qualifications, experience, and compatibility with the job role.
    • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing clear communication, timely responses, and support throughout the hiring process.
  2. Administrative and Document Handling:
    • Manage and organize candidate documents such as resumes, application forms, certifications, and references in an efficient filing system.
    • Utilize the QR code provided to streamline and centralize the candidate endorsement process, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration with the recruitment team.
    • Update and maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and easy access for the hiring team.

  • Recruitment/HR Experience: at least 2 years of experience as a recruitment specialist
  • ATS/CRM Proficiency: expert level proficiency in ATS/CRM tools
  • Strong Organizational Skills: ability to manage tasks like document handling and interview coordination
  • Excellent Communication: clear and timely communication with applicants and stakeholders
  • Multitasking Ability: handle multiple priorities efficiently

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive Salary: Up to $1,500 per month, based on experience and skills
  • Remote Work: Fully remote—work from anywhere
