As a Creative Strategist, you'll collaborate with clients, creators, producers, designers, animators, and editors to lead the conception and production of high-performing paid social ads. This role offers a unique blend of creative thinking, data analysis, and strategic planning to drive performance across major social media platforms.

You'll be at the forefront of social media trends, applying cutting-edge concepts to your work.
2-4 years of experience in paid social and direct response marketing (with compelling work samples)
Deep understanding of social media platforms (frequent user of at least one: Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook)
Expertise in creating conversion-driven creative content that balances intricate brand guidelines with performance needs
Proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and project management skills

Conduct thorough product and competitor research
Craft scripts, copy, shot lists, storyboards, and briefs for video and static image ads
Oversee the creative process from ideation to final execution
Ensure visual elements align with brand guidelines and creative strategy

Manage weekly strategic account planning across various channels
Identify effective concepts and trends in the social media landscape
Collaborate with team members across various departments and time zones
Adapt quickly to new skills and evolving trends in a fast-paced industry
