The Role
As an ABM Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying high-value targets, designing and executing compelling campaigns, managing budgets, and measuring the effectiveness of each campaign to ensure alignment with our business goals. Your expertise will play a crucial role in optimizing our direct mail campaigns and delivering personalized experiences to our top-tier clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Target Identification: Utilize data-driven strategies to identify and segment high-value accounts for targeted marketing campaigns.
Campaign Creation: Develop and oversee the production of creative and impactful marketing collateral tailored for each campaign, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity.
Budget Management: Manage the budget allocation for campaigns, including forecasting, tracking spend, and optimizing resources to achieve maximum ROI.
Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance using key metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-informed decisions to drive continuous improvement.
Direct Mail Optimization: Spearhead our direct mail strategies, integrating innovative techniques and tools to enhance reach and engagement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and creative teams to align campaign strategies and goals, ensuring cohesive and synchronized efforts across departments.
Reporting: Regularly report on campaign results, providing insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on pipeline generation and account-based marketing.
Proven expertise in managing large-scale marketing campaigns with measurable success in driving revenue growth.
Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate complex data, derive actionable insights, and make strategic decisions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and managing a wide array of internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and ABM tools, with a capacity for quick adaptation to new software and practices.
