Job Description:

Resource will be responsible for Designing, installing, implementing, testing and maintaining voice systems. Responsibilities. Follow code quality best practices and standards as defined within the SDLC processes. Create unit tests and test plans. Deliver quality code in timely manner. Provide timely reports and project statuses to the Lead and the Manager. Conduct professionally when communicating/interacting with Servion staff and clients and other parties.

Demonstrated experience in Pega's Customer Decision Hub and how components such as Proposition Management, Predictive Analytics, and Interaction History are used to create next best action decision strategies.

Version 7. and above

Strong hands-on with CDH (Decisioning and Marketing)

Strategies, REST services, Data flow, Campaigns, Models, NBA

Expert in PegaRULES engine

Architecture and design of Pega

Expert in Pega Financial Framework

Demonstrated experience in Pega’s CDH and how components such as proposition management, predictive analysis.

Lead technical design, code, and debug applications in Pega and various s/w languages

Support, maintain, and document software functionality.

Pega Decisioning consultant is plus.
