5-9 years of experience with Pega applications, specifically Pega CDH and Pega Marketing. Define, design, and implement Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions to meet business requirements. ? Conduct workshops to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
? Design and develop Decision Strategies and Proposition Management capabilities using Pega CDH. ? Provide expertise on Pega CDH, Pega Marketing and Decisioning strategies.
? Integrate Pega applications with external APIs, web services, and legacy data sources. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of defined strategies.
? Develop and execute tests to ensure the functionality and performance of Pega CDH solutions. ? Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and handle post-production issues.
? Document and communicate the design to the project team and stakeholders. Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
? 3-8 years of experience with Pega applications, specifically Pega CDH and Pega Marketing. ? Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) is highly desirable.
? Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles. ? Proficient in creating Decision Strategies, Next-Best-Action (NBA) design, Proposition Management, and Adaptive Decisioning.
? Ability to integrate Pega applications with other technologies via APIs and web services. ? Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication, and team collaboration skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
