Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to play a hands on role in a new, high growth practice area.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual. The consultant will work as part of a project team to deliver analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include:
- Understanding and assessing a client’s current state talent process and developing future state recommendations based on Oracle’s leading business practices and the organizational goals
- Collaborating internally and with the client to develop both high level and detailed implementation plans[JK1]
- Leveraging a consultative approach to gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Aligning business requirements and leading practices to implement a technical solution that supports the client’s business goals
- Advising the client on how to best bring their talent processes to life within Oracle Cloud HCM Core, which may include recommending new and refining existing business processes
- Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property
Required Experience & Skills
- Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree or experience in HCM
- At least 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with at least two full life cycle implementation on Oracle Cloud HCM core.
- Preferred experience with supporting/managing HR functions such as Benefits, Talent, Payroll or HR Generalist
- Ability to quickly understand HR concepts and apply technology configuration recommendations
- Consulting experience in HCM systems integration and/or management consulting strongly preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients

Additional Desired Skills
- Experience with a full life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
- Experience in additional HCM Modules such as Benefits, Time and Labor, Talent, Workforce Compensation, Performance/Goals, Recruiting, Learning, HR Helpdesk
- Certifications in Oracle Cloud HCM a huge plus
- Experience with HR compliance reporting and global compliance (GDPR and ITAR a huge plus)
- Experience working with benefits, absence management and security
- Experience mentoring junior staff
