Program Manager, Sales Training

ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton seeks an organized, creative, and enthusiastic Sales Training Manager to support all Peloton Emerging Business sales teams globally, including direct-to-consumer sales (Inside sales & Retail), third-party retail, and Peloton for Business. 

In this role, you will drive strategic sales training initiatives. Ideal candidates have a background in B2C and B2B sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel in cross-functional collaboration. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Global Training and Enablement. 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Global Sales Training Support: Collaborate with Sales leadership to design, develop, and activate sales training programs, sales team onboarding, and communications, including optimization of omnichannel sales strategies. Sales Channels could include Retail, Inside Sales and Peloton for Business.
  • Execute day-to-day and long-term management of training programs, including creation, execution, strategy, optimization, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to ensure program accuracy and effectiveness. Key stakeholders include PMO, Marketing, Product, People and Partnerships.
  • In partnership with Senior Manager, create and maintain project plans and program materials, tracking execution and progression toward objectives and deadlines.
  • Champion Peloton's core values within all training programs and ensure equitable access for a diverse sales team.
  • Contribute to a cross-functional training and enablement team environment focused on growth and development.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 5+ years in a B2C and/or B2B Sales Leadership role with proven consistent success
  • 1-year experience with multi-channel experience
  • Minimal travel as needed
  • Self-motivated and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to maintain multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and small, agile teams
  • Highly organized and thorough work ethic
  • Understanding of Peloton’s company vision and brand image with the ability to communicate it effectively and with enthusiasm
  • Excellent written and editing skills
  • You have a passion for investing in and developing people
  • Knowledge of sales essentials including sales funnels, CRM, sales skills, methodologies and reporting techniques is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of Peloton’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.

Base Salary Range
$103,200$134,200 USD
