Responsibilities
Develop deep expertise and understanding of Pendo’s products and standards for pricing and negotiating renewals.
Research customer contracts and purchasing history to build accurate quotes for renewals.
Manage opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to management.
Attain quarterly targets for bookings and on-time renewals.
Increase penetration through existing and new offers.
Participate in account reviews and planning.
Manage the transaction process from quote through PO.
Handle billing disputes.
Identify need for technical guidance.
Work cross-functionally for renewal and expansion strategies.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
