We seek a highly motivated Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic Recruiting team and spearhead the initial phase of our recruitment process. As a Talent Sourcer, you seek potential candidates through diverse channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks. You will also cultivate strong relationships with potential candidates and maintain a robust talent pipeline for various organizational roles, emphasizing building a pipeline for the revenue organization. In your role, you will contribute to the recruitment process by attracting top-quality candidates who align with our organization's vision and goals.Responsibilities (what you’ll do):• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search)• Measure conversion rates, including the number of passive candidates who turn into applicants, are invited to interviews, receive offers, and are hired.• Maintain candidate databases (e.g., via our Applicant Tracking System on Greenhouse)• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack)• Craft and send recruiting emails• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs• Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks• Promote our employer brand online and offline• Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunitiesMinimum Qualifications (what you have):• Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer with a focus on Quota Carrying Sales Executives• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting outreach on Gem, social platforms, and crafting Boolean search strings)• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs), specifically Greenhouse and Gem• Solid verbal and written communication skills• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidatesPreferred Qualifications• Experience working at Pendo or in a SAAS startup environmentPendo Description:Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers -- a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success.
