The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.Reasonable accommodation will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE• High School Diploma or equivalent.• You must have 2 years of Table Games experience within the last 10 years or six months of employment as a dealer within the same licensed facility.• Must be fast and accurate in handling cash.• Six months of experience in customer service field preferred.• Must be able to successfully complete a basic math test, and pass an Audition.• Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets.• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.• Ability to make calm, rational decisions in a fast-paced environment.• Good oral and written communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and mobility to move easily around pit area as well as entire property for entire shift.• Must be able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.LANGUAGE SKILLSMust have the ability to read, write and speak fluent English.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Reasonable accommodation will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.• Standing / Walking 85% of the time / Bending and lifting 15% of the timeLifting / moving maximum of 25lbs.STAY IN THE GAME.
