Penn Presbyterian Medical Center is a renowned center for cardiac care and ophthalmology. The campus includes the Musculoskeletal Center’s outpatient facility at Penn Medicine University City and the Pavilion for Advanced Care, which is home to Penn Medicine’s Level 1 Regional Resource Trauma Center. The Patient Access Department is dedicated to its patients while housing an exciting workplace culture dedicated to collaboration, recognizing achievements/contribution and active learning.As an Insurance Verification Rep, you will be responsible for obtaining pre-certification and referrals for inpatient and same day encounters. Verifying benefits and pre-certify all elective, urgent and emergency admissions. Providing specialized support in the areas of insurance and billing information. Supporting the representatives solving problems and answering questions.
