Are you living your life's work?Penn Presbyterian has an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team! As a Senior Recruiter, you will use your deep recruiting knowledge, sourcing skills and labor market expertise to recruit clinical and non-clinical professionals for Philadelphia’s top Level 1 Trauma Center. You will work closely with candidates and hiring managers to build strong relationships and ensure a timely and seamless hiring process so that we are bringing in the right talent to serve our primary client – our patients. You will also contribute to projects, participate in task teams, problem solve and share ideas and knowledge in a team-centric, collaborative environment that values you as an individual. This opportunity is primarily remote with occasional onsite presence required for career events and team meetings.Responsibilities include:• Recruitment and selection of professional level roles and/or multi-incumbent roles across assigned business areas• Collaborates with Hiring Managers create compelling postings to attract the desired candidate• Uses creativity and critical thinking to develop and implement recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill searches• Demonstrates the highest level of recruiting practice and serves as a subject matter expert, with deep labor market expertise• Functions as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers, colleagues and leaders throughout the organization• Participates in special projects such as AAP, EEO, diversity initiatives, staff development, marketing, retention, statistical programs, process review/enhancement, workforce development and pipelining strategies; may serve as Project Manager and direct a project team• Works under limited supervision and with a level of performance that requires independent action, critical thinking, analysis and interpretation• Supports UPHS overall Human Resources strategies while effectively and efficiently filling positions as assignedMinimum Requirements:• Bachelor's degree required• 5+ years recruitment experience required• Experience with common tools, processes and applications used in full life-cycle recruiting (i.e. ATS systems, virtual platforms such as Brazen, social networking, etc.) required• SHRM/PHR certification preferredEssential Skills and Abilities:• Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities• Must be ambitious, self-starter and results-oriented• Interpersonal and liaison skills essential for working with management and executives• Experience in recruitment within a highly matrixed organization• Demonstrated project management skill• A high level technical fluency• Thorough understanding of legal implications of recruitment and selection processes• Understands and can communicate key UPHS initiatives and business objectivesWe believe that the best care for our patients starts with the best care for our employees.
