Warehouse Technician - Inbound/Outbound

Job DescriptionPentair has a job opportunity for you!    Join us as a Warehouse Technician Inbound/Outbound in our White Bear Lake, MN facility.   You will prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, receiving inbound shipments, pulling finished goods, packing boxes, placing orders in delivery area for pickup.   What’s in it for you?  • The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is: $19.00 – $21.00. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.• Eligibility for annual pay increases based on company & individual performance• 11 paid holidays each year• 2 weeks of vacation to start (accrued weekly) prorated based on hire date• Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance  More details about the opportunity:  • Responsible for Bill of Materials, picking/packaging/processing outbound orders and receiving inbound orders, sorting and putting away• Operating power equipment such as: electric pallet jack, swing forklift, cherry picker, sit-down forklift• Promote Process Improvement projects and Lean Initiatives• Enforce safety policies, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, maintain accurate records, work in the SAP system• Attend assigned meetings and work cross-functionally with other departments• Communicate work progress between shifts and cross train warehouse employees   Schedule: •   1st shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday – FridayRequirements:  High School Diploma or equivalency, Must be able to read, write, and speak in English, 1 to 3 years of warehouse experience, Ability to work with minimum supervision in a team environment, Basic familiarity with computers, measuring tools and scales, ability to stand for long periods of time, ability to lift 40 lbs., Sound analytical skills relative to problem solving, proven leadership skills and good interpersonal skills.Pentair is an equal opportunity Employer Diversity, Equity And InclusionWith our expanding global presence, cross-cultural insight and competence are essential for our ongoing success.
