Job Summary:

Trane Technologies is looking for a People Analytics intern that has a passion with using data to drive insights, tell compelling stories, and deliver transformative results that directly impact ~40K associates. The ideal candidate would have a deep interest in people topics and a desire to ensure Trane Technologies is a place where every associate feels like they belong. This individual will partner closely with HR Business Partners and the Talent and Organizational Capabilities team to disrupt how our associates feel about key experiences at the company.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data in new innovative ways to help drive insights on diversity & inclusion, engagement, performance, and retention
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to drive recommendations that transform key moments and processes for our associates
  • Build predictive and prescriptive insights for stakeholders and leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program with a concentration in Analytics
  • Overall 3.0 GPA or above
  • A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation
  • Experience with analytical tools & coding such as Tableau, SQL, Python a plus
  • US citizenship is required
