POSITION SUMMARY


We are looking for a strategic Human Resources Business Partner who personifies our culture and core values, this individual should be passionate about enabling organizations to effectively achieve their business objectives and create best in class employee experience that is a key to our People Experience team’s mission.


RESPONSIBILITIES


The Human Resources Business Partner will support our corporate employees and leaders. This individual will provide strategic thought leadership on people and culture related decisions to our leaders. The ideal candidate will contribute at strategic as well as operational (hands-on) levels to foster an inclusive and innovative culture.


The individual should be comfortable working with any level of employee or manager, understand business strategy and complex situations, navigating sensitivities and finding creative solutions to people issues.


  • Collaborate effectively with employees and managers across all levels, demonstrating a deep understanding of our business strategy and the ability to navigate complex situations with finesse and creativity.
  • Supporting the strategic direction with our corporate leaders, offering insights and guidance on people and culture-related decisions to drive our organization forward.
  • Partner with COEs (Centers of Excellence) and fellow HR Business Partners to implement and deliver HR programs, including engagement surveys, leadership development programs, annual rewards, and other relevant initiatives. Identify and address critical organizational and talent issues and remove barriers impeding the success of the business.
  • Assist with talent planning initiatives and contribute to organizational design efforts, ensuring our workforce is aligned with our strategic objectives. This includes succession planning, talent development, and workforce optimization.
  • Provide support and management for employee relations, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions to employee matters.
  • Deliver compelling, engaging, informative presentations to leadership.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Have solid understanding of applicable labor laws and guide management on best practices to resolve employee matters.
  • A Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience and 5 years of overall HR or related work experience
  • Ability to think critically and anticipate issues before they arise, and proactively suggest long-term solutions.
  • Experience executing people team strategies by analyzing organizational needs and setting goals to make a positive impact on the business; ability to set priorities, stay focused, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing leaders to help guide their people strategy and drive business results.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions within the organization.
  • Experience in coaching leaders and advising action in sensitive or ambiguous situations, including employee relations, performance management, or organizational complexities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and analyze data and a love for driving people programs from data insights.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture where the business is continually evolving.


The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,800 - $130,900.


Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
