People Infrastructure Lead

We’re searching for a leader to drive the People function forward by laying the foundations of our People Infrastructure - all things related to People systems, tools and analytics. This role will require you to partner cross functionally, understand our challenges, gather and analyze data, and provide proposed solutions. Being a part of this team requires thriving in ambiguity, creative problem solving, and adeptness across a variety of People-related areas. Your work will be foundational to a rapidly scaling company looking to continue attracting mission-driven and values aligned individuals. Over time you will be expected to build a team of experts.

What we're looking for in this role

  • Analytical Problem Solving: You have the proven ability to identify and deliver data-driven solutions to People challenges affecting the business; are scrappy and thrive in a rapidly changing environment with finite resources; remain flexible when navigating and resolving complex People challenges.
  • Foundational Scope & Impact: You’ve had success building functions from the ground up; proactively search for opportunities to add efficiency within and beyond your core responsibilities; consistently create value while supporting yourself and others; highly organized and capable of prioritizing effectively; have a track record of making organizations more effective and helping drive better outcomes through the People function.
  • Successful Communication & Collaboration: You have the ability to convey complex messages and articulate multiple perspectives effectively across settings in different mediums; can build trust and constructively resolve differences; enjoy collaborating across teams of varying size, scope, and complexity
  • Inspiring Leadership: You have directly or indirectly led teams; have the ability to adapt, increase your capacity to learn, and adopt new skills; have a willingness to develop and mentor others; have experience managing change and complex dynamics with vision and strategy.

Your day-to-day

  • Partner across leadership to lay the groundwork for a successful People Infrastructure function within a rapidly scaling company
  • Identify and prioritize People Infrastructure strategy based on business acumen, qualitative and quantitative data, and the evolving market
  • Work closely with your colleagues on the People team to make your vision a reality and drive change management across People-related systems and tools usage, data utilization, and total reward strategy
  • Lead the development and delivery of regular and ad hoc analyses on People topics to drive strategic and tactical decision making, measure ongoing results and iterate
  • Own the implementation and iteration of all People-related tools and systems
  • Own the implementation of a Total Rewards strategy that supports our values and DEI strategy
  • Grow a People subfunction of experts that spans across total reward, analytics, and systems
