People Operations Business Process Manager

As a HR Business Process Manager, you'll get to:

  • Optimize the HR Operation model and ensuring HR processes are designed to support business strategies effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure the long-term sustainability of our HR Tech Stack by process mapping touch points and system evaluations.
  • Manage development of supporting process documentation as it relates to the development and amendment of HR policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Develop frameworks and methodologies to facilitate evaluative conversations related to HR system, process, and policy changes.
  • Partner with other teams to design and improve processes with data-driven decision-making in mind.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to enable innovation and inhibit siloed activity.
  • Perform business process gap analysis and provide end-state recommendations for optimization.
  • Act as a key driver for change within the teams, aligned to supporting project execution and toll-gating and helping them to learn, understand, adjust and grow with business transformation.

You'll be a good fit if you have:

  • 5+ years HR Operations experience, preferably in a global environment.
  • A business process improvement mindset and experience with Lucid charts or other process mapping tools.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and service delivery.
  • Experience creating and communicating business cases to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and can be relied upon to drive projects to completion.
  • Aptitude for thinking analytically; can craft story and related required actions from data.
  • Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management practices and tools preferred.
