What You'll Do:
- Lead with an engaging and outgoing attitude and a personal commitment and passion for delivering exceptional service
- Build and maintain healthy and trusted relationships across the business

- Own and refine pre-boarding and on-boarding processes, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and compliance
- Support the offboarding program, including exit interviews and off-boarding tasks
- Support employee life cycle program initiatives, including performance reviews, talent assessments and development
- Ensure UKG onboarding, job changes and off-boarding transactions are complete and accurate in UKG
- Manage the contingent workforce process by ensuring onboarding and off-boarding process is compliant and completed in UKG
- Lead our immigration process, in partnership with our legal partner

- Must be able to interface at all levels of the organization
- Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
- An in-depth knowledge of legal requirements, internal and external, related to the day-to-day management of employees within the business; this knowledge should be centered on reducing legal risks, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, and most importantly, enabling employee satisfaction and retention.
You'll likely have:
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in an ambiguous, lean environment (like a start-up) is a significant differentiator.
- Experience with US immigration employment requirements
- Strong communication skills, especially in writing and listening; writes persuasively and credibly
- A high degree of empathy: credibility as someone people gravitate to for counsel and support
- Ability to be both a do-er and a strategizer: highly efficient, able to prioritize and tackle the most meaningful issues, and to project manage oneself; proposes well-researched ideas and solutions
