About The Role:

We're looking for a People Partner to support our tech organization. This person will help drive people and business initiatives across the organization. You will be on the front line working closely with business leaders to be able to provide hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice with respect to employee relations, performance management, coaching/development, conflict management, organizational development, training and more.

What You'll Do:

  • Guide and coach tech managers and tech leaders to be the best people managers they can be.
  • Support them with employee engagement, employee recognition, retention, manager development, organizational development, and change management.
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, performance management, employee relations, development and coaching, and organizational development
  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people related strategy and execution
  • Collaborate with People Operations, Talent, and Workplace Experience to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
  • Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (eg, compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to client groups
  • Partner with People Operations and Learning & Programs colleagues to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility and job performance

What You'll Need:

  • 7+ years in HR roles and 3-5+ years of HRBP experience, including experience in rapidly scaling technology companies
  • Experience working in rapidly scaling tech startup environment, specifically supporting technology leaders strongly preferred
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior leaders to help drive their people strategy and increase business results
  • You are confident and comfortable working with senior leaders, demonstrable ability to challenge while maintaining a strong and constructive relationship.
  • Depth of knowledge of people processes across the full employee lifecycle
  • Experience in building a high-talent, high-performance environment
  • Using qualitative and quantitative people data to inform decisions
  • Ability to coach managers and employees and monitor sensitive issues
  • Being comfortable working with ambiguity and forging your own path
