PEOPLE SPECIALIST - RICHEMONT REGIONAL FUNCTIONS, SHELTON CT
Role Overview
The People Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end HR Operations including HR onboarding/offboarding, HR paperwork, HR data entry, system reporting, systems governance. Additionally, this position will assist with HR Operations projects management and training the administration of day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
This position is located either in NewYork or in Shelton, CT
Responsibilities
- Onboarding/Internal Mobility/Offboarding: Responsible for employee data collection, letter generation, employee welcome communication, background checks, onboarding actions, personnel folders, I9s, and severance agreements. Requires ability to identify areas of opportunity and propose solutions for enhancement.
- Responsible for HR data flow audit and data entry across RNA throughout the employee lifecycle; including but not limited to: new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, position management, etc.
- Requires understanding of employee sel-service tool (MySpot), position management, master data, automated data flow and systems governance.
- This position will partner with HR Operations & Analytics team, HRIS, IT, HRBPs, and Finance to ensure SAP HR data/data structure is accurate/includes all stakeholder requirements. Requires ability to identify areas of opportunity and propose solutions for enhancement.
- HR Reporting: Responsible for ad-hoc reporting utilizing existing SAP HR/Business Warehouse / Peopledoc tools.
- SAP HR (Preboarding Cockpit, PA OM etc.) and Peopledoc (Employee Files management, processes management) Systems Governance: Responsible for understanding SAP HR data structure, People doc employee files management and processes, alignment with HR people process and data entry, and coordination of new locations/cost centers. Requires ability to identify areas of opportunity and propose solutions for enhancement.
- Conduct HR Operation relevant inductions sessions via onsite or virtual presentation
- Projects : Support the HR Operations Director and Assistant Manager with any project related to HR digitization, automation and process streamline.
- Training: Assist HR Operation and HRBPs with system trainings and communications.
- HR Administration: Assist with digital filing, employment verifications, and employee questions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of Human Resources or Administration preferred
- 4-5 Years of experience in either Administration or Human Resources
- Working knowledge of HRIS software plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus
- Capacity to manage several projects simultaneously
- Systems/data oriented – ability to work with and analyze data
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
- High-level accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
