The award-winning in-house agency team for PepsiCo Foods, affectionately called D3, is hiring again! We are growing rapidly with a dynamic team that includes Creative, Account Service, Strategy, Ops, Production, Social, Digital, Cause, and Partnership experts providing full-service creative agency work for the PepsiCo Foods North American portfolio. The D3 team is a full-service creative agency that supports the PepsiCo Foods North America business, working on iconic brands like Lay's, Doritos, Tostitos, Smartfood, Cap'n Crunch and Quaker (to name just a few!). We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented Bilingual Social Media Community Manager & Content Creator (English & Spanish) who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative marketing environment. Contribute to the strategy and help oversee activation of our social media marketing efforts for brands in emerging channels like TikTok and Instagram. This role will be responsible for leading both proactive and reactive consumer response as well as supporting social strategy, and content creation for brands within the internal agency team D3 at PFNA. The successful candidate will be a social media expert, adept in applying the latest best practices in social media content creation and consumer engagement through a bicultural lens across a broad spectrum of social media platforms. They will support the creation of new assets including shooting photography and video content designed specifically for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts. Responsibilities • Support development and implementation of bicultural social media communication strategies in support of brand objectives • Lead social media community management, delivering 1:1 consumer response in both English and Spanish that builds brand affinity and drives engagement • Support ad hoc bilingual social listening to deepen consumer understanding around specific topics and deliver insightful point of view back to Brand Team • Support the development original concepts designed to meet brand strategic objectives & brand standards across social channels • Create and capture LoFi photos and short-form videos for use on emerging social media channels • Craft engaging English and Spanish language social media copy as needed • Oversee influencer / creator strategies and help manage partners in collaboration with Brand Team and/or other relevant stakeholders • Stay informed of the latest social media related trends and best practices • Advocate for new ideas and approaches in support of continuous improvement / innovation • Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to ensure necessary governance is in place to run social media programs and mitigate any undue reputational risk • Support creative brainstorms to inform monthly content calendars • Think creatively and translate those ideas into engaging pieces of digital content • Support social media analytics for assigned brands and contribute to report generation by team Compensation & Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,000 - $100,500 based on a full-time schedule. • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. • In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan. Qualifications • Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate Degree • Preferred: Concentration in Marketing, Communications and/or New Media preferred • 1-2 years of experience working client-side in marketing or related discipline, at an ad or media agency, media platform, or publisher. • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with ability to translate assets between both languages • Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity. Demonstrated ability to place the consumer at the heart of everything • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others • Experience leading community management and creating content on TikTok / Reels / Shorts on behalf of brands • Experience and strong understanding of the social media marketing landscape and growth of creator/influencer marketing • Experience managing influencer/creators to develop engaging social media content • Basic understanding of marketing strategy and ability to develop marketing tactics that deliver on brand objectives • Creative thinker who can bring a brand voice to life across a variety of social media touchpoints • Ability to think strategically, coupled with a pragmatic results orientation and proven track record of delivering strong tactical execution • Proven ability to develop cohesive brand social strategies and recommend supporting tactics • Ability to tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages in a dynamic and compelling way (both externally to consumers and internally to key stakeholders) • Entrepreneurial mindset - willingness to roll up your sleeves and get creative in developing in-house Lo-Fi social media content • Graphic Design, Photography/Videography experience and Video editing skills a major plus EEO Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
