Technical Support Manager

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years experience.• U.S. Citizenship (Must have resided in the U.S. the past five years with no more than six months outside travel of the U.S. during this time frame).• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.• Experience with managing technical related operations• Experience with physical inventory management• experience designing and implementing improved processes or policies• Experience with a variety of field related concepts, practices and procedures.Peraton is currently seeking skilled and qualified candidates for our Technical Support Manager position with the USPS TESS program located in Norman, Oklahoma. This position will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily activities of documentation staff within the department.This position is for a proposal that has not yet been awarded. If awarded, this position is projected to start in January 2025. Selected candidate must reside or live local to the Norman, OK customer site. Company will provide relocation assistance for selected candidates if re-location is required.Day to Day Work Responsibilities:• Manage technical service-related operation for the program.• Daily oversight of the work performed by the engineering, IT or maintenance staff to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget and to customer specifications.• Ensure physical inventory levels are monitored and replenished as needed.• Recommend changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs.• Designing and implementing improved processes or operational policies.
