About The Role
At Perchwell, we recognize that people are an essential component to our success, and we are looking to add a full-cycle, experienced recruiter to our team. You should be excited about the opportunity to scale a company and the impact hiring makes.
You will own the full recruiting cycle for various roles within the Go-to-Market (GTM) and Technical spaces. Your role will ensure that hiring goals are met and directly contribute to our growth by identifying and attracting top-tier candidates. You will play a key role in architecting recruiting “best practices” and driving hiring process improvements as we grow.
This role is based out of our NYC Headquarters in SoHo Manhattan 4 days/week.
What You Will Do
Own the full recruitment life cycle, from initial outreach to closing stages, for a variety of roles
Be the face of Perchwell to our amazing candidates! Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates to foster long-term relationships, consistently ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience that is both fair and consistent
Be responsible for sourcing and developing a candidate pipeline, including engaging in creative top of funnel sourcing
Drive offer processes for candidates, including extending offers, closing candidates
Act as a strategic partner to our hiring teams by driving changes to the hiring/interview process, prioritizing across the organization, and providing a unique perspective on market trends and industry best practices
Maintain Operational Excellence: you’ll continuously seek ways to enhance our hiring practices, introducing new ideas, best practices, and influencing the business to set a gold standard for talent acquisition
What You Will Need
7+ years experience in managing the entire lifecycle of sourcing and recruiting (for multiple roles), with a strong track record of delivering results
Previous high growth startup experience at a SaaS company and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience recruiting for both GTM and technical roles
An intellectually curious mindset, unafraid to ask questions and learn about new teams, roles and the residential real estate industry
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (preferably Ashby / LinkedIn Recruiter)
Nice-to-Haves
Demonstrated knowledge of GTM and Sales recruiting
Experience with our suite of recruiting tools (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Salary Information
To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. Our ranges are based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills, job-related knowledge and depth of work experience.
The base compensation range for this position is expected to be between $145,000-$170,000/year + equity + benefits.
